| One of the numbers that is on you website,888-423-0900, that claims that it is Verizon with a recorded message about a phone bill maks the announcement with a message that it is "Having Trouble",and will transfer you to someone who can help,the number transfers the person over to 800-458-TALK, which is a chat line. Verizon has been made aware of this call that I received today 2/26/11 from 888-423-0900, and all of the information has been documented and is being forwarded to the Verizon Fraud Department to investigate this further, and to the F.C.C.. They also have your company name and address,and phone number, since a search of the 888-423-0900 number leads to this website. Verizon will probably call you about this phone number since it is apparently liked somehow to your collection agency. Have A Nice Day! |
