| My experience here was quite unpleasant since they gave wrong details about my account.I expected a more professional service from this company since a friend dealt with this company before.He had been politely reminded to settle his account and was given a two weeks before they bothered him again. In my case, they kept calling me around 5 times a day which was quite embarrassing and very inconvenient.I explained that I am going to settle my account soon which was roughly $400 so no need to really push me that hard. Eventually, I was able to settle the debt but not without so much worry. |
