| I am having some problems with my student loan and Bass and Associates helped with my finances and provided a very realistic solution to my financial needs. They let me talk to one of their expert lawyers and she was very accommodating. So friendly that she even answered my question if it is possible to get a part time job in their office to save up and repay my loan. Anyway, Bass and Associates offered a very nice scheme on how I can pay back my student loan, complete with a proposed list of schedule payments. With their help, we are targeting January of next year to settle my student loan. |

| I have been getting emails and phone calls about paying my credit card debt. This is very annoying. I never told them they could email me. Besides, I know that I will pay my debt soon – I don’t need them to point out obvious things. I sent an email back with my complaints, but they did not reply back to my email. |

| They haven't contacted me yet, but they sent a reaffirmation agreement (which was unsolicited) to my attorney when I filed for bankruptcy regarding some unsecured Best Buy credit card debt. Didn't sign it. Don't fall for that scam of theirs, if they REALLY want your old consumer electronics (hint: they don't), they'll file for a write of replevin with the court. Don't pay them a dime. |
