Whilst I accept that sometimes collection agencies have a difficult job in trying to recover debts genuinely due, this outfit are a disgrace and should be closed down
I had a threatening letter following hospital treatment, my insurers had paid the bill in full. I called CIB and left a message, they never replied so I called again and was asked to send a copy of the payment receipt, despite the fact that the physicians never issue receipts, they harassed me but wouldn't listen |
