| This company purchase an outstanding loan of my ex-spouses and because we were married when we purchased the house, they put the defaulted/foreclosed loan on my credit even though I divorced him several years ago. They earnestly tried to obtain all my financial information and proclaimed that they did not have to honor my divorce decree where my ex was awarded the home. DYCK O'NEAL ARE OPPORTUNIST SNAKE AND BIG BUSINESS GONE AWRY!!! Get any and all of your business away from this company! |

Dyck O'Neal are definite bottom-feeders. The idiots don't confirm the information they supposedly get, or "scrape" from Fannie Mae.
We've never had a Home Saver Advance Loan, they only have one of the mortgagees names and an incorrect property address. And they are addressing something two years after the fact of our application.
We have received a full Home Affordable Mortgage Program re-fi and all is good with our initial lender.
We have filed a formal, legal complaint with our state's, Department of Banking & Finance, and have received assurances that this is how the Dyck-scum in Addison, TX are known to bully people, without warrant. |
