| All I wanted to say is that I wish these staff here would be more polite and understanding when reminding me of my account.It's really crazy especially when I receive calls in my office which is a no-no since I am very busy.Besides, my boss is strict about personal calls. I once asked the staff to explain to me the details of my account and all she said was" Just pay your bills and you're done with us".It sounded like an extortion not collection.Good thing I was able to settle half and they don't bother me much anymore.Whew! |
