| I wish I didn’t have to pay hidden fees and charges that I was not expecting at all. Lots of people don’t read the fine print of a contract. It is really unfortunate that the debt collection company is harassing me like this. They tell me to pay the debt and they call me multiple times a day. |

| An anonymous lady called me from this company and really treated me terribly. I mean, she was so vindictive. I don’t understand why they don’t have to disclose their identity when they call. She gave me an attitude when I asked her why she was calling. Don’t I have a right to know?! And if not, then stop calling my house! |
