| Cara Mills was and is a very rude and disconcerned bill collector. Due to the fact that my daughter in loaw received scholarships and grants she still owed a small amount. RMS tries to bully and BS their way around with folks but this is America and it won't happen and we won't stand for it. |

| RMS callers are very rude and unfriendly. When you try to contact them back by phone you don't get any response and when contacted by mail and ask them to provide documentation for the debt they are trying to collect on they ignore your requests. |

| Be warned: the RMS in Warrenville, IL (as opposed to the other RMS-Global collection agencies) is THE WORST. Agent Linda Brown is rude. Her superviser Marc Adams is rude and crude. They have bullied our student, hounded her children, bothered her neighbors, etc. There appears no way to break through and complain about this unprofessional conduct. This RMS appears to be a collection of jerks. |
