| I had a debt of not more than $600 since I once got very sick and had to buy a lot of medicines for my recovery. When this company started calling me to collect the money I owed, they were demanding and asked to pay immediately or else face consequences that we're never explained.All I did was work very hard to pay the debt so the employees here would stop bugging me even on weekends. Good thing someone there understood my situation and gave me extra time to repay since I really explained my healths situation which is a chromic disease.For a while they stopped calling and I was given a break to repay.Now I'm debt-free. |

| My husband and I have asked multiple times for updates on what he still owes. We called, wrote and mailed letters with payments and still we have no idea how much is still owed or if our payments are actually going towards his debt. Its not that hard to print and send notices. Paper and stamps do not cost so much that it should be so hard to know where our money is going. I agree wholeheartedly with John, they are very rude on the phone as well as in other areas. If they can mail us a notice if we miss a payment they can sure send us an update. |
