This company is a joke. They send me information that I owed them money and when I contacted the actual company they supposedly represented about the acounts, I was not in their system..

| They are trying to collect a debt that was discharged in a bankruptcy 27 years ago!!!!!!! Then they tell me I have to prove that the debt was included in the BK. My attorney at that time has closed his private practice and retired. The statute of limitations for my state for this kind of debt is 6 years. I have sent them a cease and desist letter and will follow through with suing them if they contact me again. Know your rights and the law before you send them any money. |

| Got a letter today from this company on a debt that was paid off in 2009. They are a complete fraud, but I wish I could file a legal complaint against them. I am sick of these places, does anyone know what can be done? |
